One risk score for fraud and security teams

Each GET /api/v1/traffic/check response includes:

• Proxy, VPN, Tor, and hosting booleans
• Bot probability (0–100)
• Risk score (0–100)
• Reason codes like vpn_ip_range or hosting_or_datacenter_ip
