By accessing or using Traffic Analytics at traffic.statin.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

The Service provides IP traffic intelligence, including signals related to proxy, VPN, Tor, hosting, bot probability, and risk scoring via API and dashboard tools. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your workspace. Keep keys confidential and revoke compromised keys promptly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas
• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the platform
• Misrepresent results or use detections in a way that violates applicable law

5. Plans, billing, and limits

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Daily and monthly quotas and per-second rate limits apply as described in the product. We may change plans, pricing, or limits with notice where required.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of Statin and its licensors. You retain rights to your account content and API inputs, subject to our right to process them to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Detection signals are informational and approximate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every proxy, VPN, bot, or risk event will be identified correctly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
